You have a long experience in bicycle workshop and electric bikes. You even passionate and practicing of bike, assembly and disassembly of a bicycle, adjustment and replacement of pieces have no more secret for you.
From your experience, you have your preferences as suppliers, spare parts brands, repair techniques, and you have created your network to carry out your previous missions in the world of the cycle.
We offer you the responsibility and the management of our workshops and our rental parks. You are the guarantor of the good condition of the equipment of rent, of a maintenance of a good level of stock of spare parts to parry to the most urgent repairs. You are the interface between the after-sales problems of brands and our customers.
You ensure the follow-up and the preparation of the orders and make the organization of the material deliveries on the sector.
You know perfectly welcome a customer, define his need, provide him with a solution, a quote for repairs, a live rental, the sale of a pedelec or one of our services.
You master new technologies and social networks, you are able to publish useful information to our community, you are in charge of the resale of our used equipment, you are able to inform our customers on technical questions on their pedelecs . You have the sense of sharing and the desire to transmit your skills, our activity being seasonal the volume of work and the objectives to be achieved are different according to the months of the year, you will have the capacity to recruit new collaborators in training, in apprenticeship or as a seasonal worker. You will know the managers, train them in cycle trades.
Your compensation will include several levels:
A fixed salary of 1500 € gross per month on an annualized contract of 1820 hours A premium on objective of CA An interest in the company’s profit
