2 key positions are available on permanent contracts and 2 other positions equally important in seasonal contracts.

You have been working for several years in sales, trade, animation, and group coaching, you are passionate about outdoor activities and especially cycling and know particularly well the Basque country, its traditions, culture, gastronomy and its industry.
You are versatile, multitasking, with a good organizational sense, able to adapt and adapt to the needs of customers permanently, whether in store or prospecting. Trained in our sales and management tools, you are able to solicit directly by phone and direct appointment with our local companies to offer our products and services of animation. You are able to quote, and enter into a live market or sale. Your experience in coaching or animation will allow you to provide group entertainment services such as Segway tours, MTB or Electric MTB.
With good interpersonal skills, you will know how to preserve our good relations with all our partners in the region, hosting companies, receptive agencies, and other prescribers of our activities. You master new technologies and social networks, you are able to publish news and share the good times spend with our groups, you are able to post a nice picture of a good time or a place in relation to our products , our partners and our region.
You have the sense of sharing and the desire to transmit your skills, our activity being seasonal the volume of work and the objectives to be achieved are different according to the months of the year, you will have the capacity to recruit new employees in internship learning or as seasonal. You will know the managers, train them in our trades.
Your compensation will include several levels:
A fixed salary of 1500 € gross per month on an annualized contract of 1820 hours A premium on objective of CA
An interest in the company’s profit
